Raspberry Coconut Açaí Bowl

I crave Açaí bowls daily! They remind me of summer! I always order them when I’m on vacation in Hawaii, when I got back from my recent trip there I thought “why can’t I make these at home myself?!”. I tried a couple of different recipes and finally came up with one that I love! It’s yummy!

Açaí bowl Recipe:

2 frozen bananas

1 cup of frozen raspberries

1 Açaí packet (I use the frozen ones from Trader Joe’s)

1/4-1/2 cup coconut almond milk (Any milk of your choice will be great, I just love coconut and like staying away from dairy)


Granola (I use a vanilla almond granola and its AMAZING)

Raspberries (fresh or frozen)


Unsweetened coconut flakes

Chocolate chips (optional)

Any other toppings you prefer


In a blender or using a hand blender, mix the frozen bananas, raspberries, Açaí packet, and milk until creamy and smooth. If you need to add more milk to mix it, add slowly so you don’t add too much. You don’t want it runny.

In a bowl add a little granola to the bottom and then pour your Açaí mixture over top. I like adding granola to the top and bottom to get an even amount all the way through. Add your toppings any way you would like! Enjoy!

You can also half this recipe! I personally do all the time, when I am not wanting a huge bowl.
