Blackberry Açaí Bowl!
I am obsessed with açaí bowls! They are my favorite breakfast, especially after a good workout! I love mixing it up and trying to create different kinds based off the in season fruit! This recipe I made with all the amazing summer blackberries that we picked! So yummy and refreshing! I hope you enjoy!
1 packet frozen Açaí
1 cup frozen mixed berries (blackberries, blueberries, raspberries)
1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
1 cupe coconut milk (add more or less depending on how think you are wanting it)
Top with granola, fresh banana, blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, chia seeds, shredded coconut, honey!
