Orange Pineapple Juice Recipe

A strong believer that a Healthier life is a Happier life! ?? I wanted to share my health journey with you guys on here! I grew up with a very healthy cooking mom! Basically a gourmet chef! She learned as a early mother that organic and clean eating was something she wanted to be important in our home and how she raised us. Did I always love it? NO WAY ? I just wanted regular junk food sometimes (don’t we all? ?) When I left for college I was pumped! I could finally eat whatever I wanted with no cares! That first month of college I seriously would make brownies like 3 days a week, had more soda than I ever had in my life, lived off junk food, and anything that could be made quick or just sounded good. During that month I started feeling like crap, I became sluggish, my skin started freaking out, and I honestly just felt so gross all the time. I missed REAL food. shocker! I called my mom crying, not because I was homesick but because I missed her cooking ? being the awesome mom she is, she came to visit me and cooked me real meals! After that I decided to actually pay attention to the things I was putting into my body! Health became more important to me, and was something I really wanted to focus on! Do we still love to treat ourselves or have treats here and there? HECK YA! But being more aware of what we are putting into our body, helps us feel so much better! How you eat and take care of your body effects your mood, your skin, your physical health, the list goes on! I feel the best version of myself when I’m taking care of myself! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
If you’ve been wanting to change some habits in your life, DO IT! The hardest part is just starting! Start little, like cutting things out or adding things in, drink more water, maybe get up a little earlier and work out for 20min! Then focus on how you feel, I bet you’ll be surprised!! ? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Juicing has become something that I have totally loved the past year! Its so funny combing things together and being so surprised by the taste!

*Orange Pineapple Juice*

*1/2 Fresh Pineapple

*2 Oranges

*8 Carrots

Wash, peel, and cut into sizes small enough to fit into your juicer! Rotate through the fruits and veggies to have a nice even taste! If you do not have a juicer it still is doable to make juice without one. Using a high powered blender and then using a nut milk bag for straining!
